Rooftop Drying Facility

Spices are sun-dried on our clean elevated rooftop — never on roads or ground surfaces. This ensures zero adulteration from road dust, insects, or contamination.

Isolated Grinding Zone

The grinding zone is strictly restricted to authorised staff only. This controlled environment prevents cross-contamination and ensures product integrity throughout grinding.

Double Door Entry System

A two-layer door system at the facility entrance maintains a dust-free environment throughout. This physical barrier protects all production zones from external contamination.

Hygienic Packaging Line

Mandatory gloves policy for all packaging staff. No spilled product ever leaves the facility. Automated packaging in tamper-evident formats from 5g sachets to 25kg export sacks.
